FAQ

Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store yet, but you can buy through our website at www.kxkfashion.com or our authorized resellers.

Where are you located?

Our office and warehouse are located in Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines.

What are your delivery options?

We have express shipping (7 - 14 business days) and standard shipping (15 - 30 business days) which delivers door-to-door for your own convenience. 

Do you offer cash-on-delivery (COD)?

Unfortunately, we do not have COD yet. We only accept payments through Paypal, Bank Transfer, Gcash, and Money Remittance Centers.

How long does your delivery take?

Our express shipping takes about 7 - 14 business days and standard shipping takes 15 - 30 business days. We do not accept rush orders. 

Why does it take too long to receive an order?

Our Shipping Policy states that an order will be packed and shipped within 1 - 14 days upon receiving payment. The package will travel by sea or by air (depending on the client's choice) and will go through the country of origin's customs and country of destination's customs that will take about 15 - 30 business days (standard shipping).

Why do you charge a different shipping rate for your other products?

Shipping fees may differ depending on the brand of the product that you are buying. KxK Fashion and Dovi's products come from overseas so its fee is based on the origin going to your address. The Organicum and GLXY's products are made in the Philippines and that is why its shipping fee is cheaper in the Philippines and more expensive outside the Philippines.
How do I track my order?
We will notify you when your order has been shipped and give you the tracking numbers and link via the contact number or email address that you have provided.
How can I contact your courier?
We will give you the courier's information via email when your order has been shipped and you can call their customer service hotline or send them an email. 
How do I return an item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returning of order/s once it has been shipped. 
What is your return policy?

We do not accept returning of order/s because we are new in the market and we are still exploring options. So, we do not have a detailed return policy yet.

Do you provide international delivery?

Yes, we deliver in the United States of America, Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Switzerland, the U.A.E., Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Vietnam.
